Qualifications

• Requires high school education and specialized training.
• Requires intermediate mathematical skills (percentages, decimals, etc.).
• At least 6 months of related experience in member service and handling queries.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities for interacting with members and staff.
• Basic typing/word processing skills.
• Compliance with all credit union policies, procedures, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales and service goals, ethically referring appropriate products to members.
• Perform routine member transactions (deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, etc.).
• Maintain confidentiality of information and perform CIP/CDD/EDD procedures.
• Balance cash drawer and perform cash handling per branch procedures.
• Provide notary services and assist with lobby flow and promotions.
• Process membership deposits, establish new accounts, and cross-sell suitable products.
