Job summary

Dover Federal Credit Union is seeking a Member Experience Specialist to warmly welcome members and guests, deliver prompt and courteous service, and perform routine member transactions with accuracy and discretion.

You will handle deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and ATM guidance; maintain confidentiality; balance cash drawer; process notary services and membership applications, and assist with branch promotions to boost member satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Requires completion of high school education, plus appropriate specialized training.

Responsibilities

• Meets sales and service goals, referring appropriate products and services to members.
• Provide routine information on Credit Union services and policies.
• Perform routine member transactions (deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, check cashing) with proper CIP and confidentiality.
• Maintain cash drawer and balance according to branch procedures.
• Process membership deposits and establish new accounts for eligible members; cross-sell products.
