Job summary

Verve, a Credit Union is seeking a Member Experience Advisor I to serve as a member ambassador across in-person, phone, and digital channels. You will process transactions, open and service consumer deposit accounts, and take applications for credit products while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

The role focuses on deepening member relationships and supporting Verve's growth through accurate and efficient service and clear explanations of account features and terms.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum six (6) months of customer service, retail banking, or cash handling experience.
• Basic knowledge of financial products, services, and regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet members promptly and professionally, creating a welcoming environment.
• Process member transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cash advances, check cashing, and official checks.
• Open and close standard consumer deposit accounts and manage beneficiaries and POD designations as requested.
• Explain account features and regulatory terms clearly to members; ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Assist members with digital banking tools and problem resolution.
