Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Delivers superior member service, greeting, assisting, and thanking members.
• Resolves member concerns courteously and escalates issues when necessary.
• Maintains understanding of merchandise protection procedures and shrink alert protocols.
• Follows BEST procedures including cross-checking receipts and verifying high-dollar items.
• Monitors member and visitor traffic entering and exiting the club.
• Inspects bags and belongings leaving the club for security.
• Maintains all club policies and procedures.
