Life Time Inc. in Fairfax, VA is seeking a Membership Concierge I to deliver high-quality customer service to members and guests as the first point of contact, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued while supporting their healthy lifestyle goals.

You will handle member inquiries, educate on programs, events, pricing and policies, process transactions, and help build value-based relationships that drive loyalty.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months service/reception experience.
• Complete Concierge Certification upon hire.
• Must work a minimum of 15 hours per week.
• Effective communication skills.
• Passion for living a healthy way of life.
• Ability to multi-task and deliver high quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have good verbal communication.
• Must be able to stand for 4 hours at a time.

Responsibilities

• Operates as first point of contact for members and guests
• Receives and facilitates incoming phone calls from members and guests
• Maintains updated knowledge to appropriately educate all members and guests of club programming, events, pricing, and policies
• Exemplifies a hospitality mindset to build relationships with members and guests, regularly creating extraordinary experiences
• Assists members with transactions and general account changes
