Planet Fitness is seeking a Crew Member to deliver a superior member experience with friendly service at the front desk. You will greet members, process sign-ups, check-in members, and guide tours for prospective members.

You will maintain a clean club, respond to questions, and escalate issues to the Assistant Manager as needed. This entry-level role values reliability, a positive attitude, and a passion for fitness.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet members, guests and prospective members with exceptional service.
• Handle front desk tasks: answer phones, check-ins, new member sign-ups, tours.
• Update and manage member accounts as needed.
• Respond to questions and concerns and escalate to management when appropriate.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the club environment.
