Planet Fitness is seeking a Customer Service Representative to drive new member sales and deliver a superior member experience by providing exceptional service to members, prospective members, and guests.

You will greet and assist potential members, handle front desk tasks, answer calls, take information for tours, assist with sign-ups, cancellations and account updates, and help maintain the club’s neat and welcoming environment.
