CA Planet is seeking a Crew Member to deliver superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests on-site. You will greet guests, handle front desk duties, assist with sign-ups, answer questions, and maintain a welcoming club environment.

The role emphasizes a positive attitude, reliability, and strong communication skills, with opportunities for advancement and a focus on fitness and health within a franchise setting.

Qualifications

• Customer service or hospitality background preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency required.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong communication and a positive attitude.
• Punctuality and reliability are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests with exceptional service.
• Handle front desk activities including answering phones and assisting callers.
• Check members into the system and assist with sign-ups.
• Take prospective members on tours.
• Update member accounts as needed.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
