Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is seeking a Member Services Representative to deliver exceptional customer service to members and staff at our Moore gym. You will handle membership sales, front desk operations and program promotions while ensuring a welcoming, clean, and energetic environment.

You will be the face of the club, greeting members, processing enrollments, answering inquiries, and supporting events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a service‑oriented position preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate proficiency in reading and writing skills required.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)

Responsibilities

• Greets members & guests with a smile and enthusiasm, supporting engagement.
• Assists with membership, retail and tanning product sales.
• Promotes membership privileges including tanning, group fitness, childcare.
• Delivers on new member enrollment expectations and guest conversion.
• Checks in all members and guests following company procedures.
• Answers phones in a courteous, professional manner.
• Communicates special events to members and guests.
• Maintains a professional and courteous disposition.
• Maintains knowledge of club facilities, services and hours.
• Performs opening and closing checklist and duties.
