Job summary

BJ's Wholesale Club is seeking a Merchandise Protection team member to ensure security and excellent customer service. You will monitor entrance/exit, protect merchandise, and support club policies while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for members.

Your role includes resolving member concerns, following BEST procedures, and contributing to a positive club experience consistent with GOLD standards.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail required.
• Ability to use a smart handheld device and complete required training.
• Must be employed with the company for at least 6 months.
• Must be 18 years of age or older (varying by state).

Responsibilities

• Deliver superior member service and greet and assist members.
• Resolves concerns and escalates to management when needed.
• Maintain merchandise protection procedures and shrink alert protocols.
• Inspect bags at exit and monitor entry/exit activity.
• Follow checkout and customer service standards to ensure a safe environment.
