Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club in Pensacola, FL is seeking a dedicated team member to help protect merchandise, monitor entrances and exits, and deliver superior member service. This role emphasizes safety, policy adherence, and responsive support to members throughout the store.

Responsibilities include executing loss-prevention procedures, assisting with customer concerns, and maintaining a positive, fast-paced shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and an attention to detail are required.
• Basic math skills are preferred.
• Ability to use a smart handheld device.
• Must successfully complete required training and certification processes.
• Must be employed with the company for at least 6 months.
• At least 18 years of age; age exceptions may apply by state.

Responsibilities

• Delivers superior member service, greeting and assisting members promptly.
• Maintains and enforces merchandise protection procedures and shrink awareness.
• Reviews AP Alert Binder and verifies receipts; notes discrepancies.
• Audits Express Pay, curbside, and delivery according to procedures.
• Monitors entry/exit and responds to EAS alarms as required.
• Ensures safety and a positive environment for members and team.
