Responsibilities

• Delivers superior member service and greets members in a friendly, professional manner.
• Maintains merchandise protection procedures and shrink alert protocols.
• Reviews AP Alert Binder per company standards.
• Cross-checks receipts and notifies front line to rectify issues.
• Audits Express Pay, BOPIC, curbside, and same-day delivery per procedures.
• Inspects bags and belongings leaving the building.
• Maintains club policies and performs other duties as assigned.
• Regular, predictable attendance is essential.
