BJ’s Wholesale Club in New York area seeks team members to perform merchandise protection, monitor entrances and exits, and deliver superior customer service to members. The role emphasizes safety, policy compliance, and a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal skills and attention to detail are required.
• Basic math skills preferred.
• Ability to use a smart handheld device.
• Must complete required training and certification processes.
• Must be employed with the company for at least 6 months.
• Age requirements vary by state (see states listed).

Responsabilités

• Deliver superior member service and greet, assist, and thank members promptly.
• Maintain merchandise protection procedures and shrink alert protocols.
• Follow AP procedures and record receipt discrepancies.
• Audit Express Pay, BOPIC, Curbside Pick-up, and Same Day Delivery per procedures.
• Inspect bags and belongings as members exit the club.
• Uphold safety standards and respond to EAS alarms as required.
• Perform other duties including cross-department work as needed.
• Maintain attendance as an essential function of the job.
