Neighbors Credit Union in Missouri is seeking a Branch Manager to lead staff, grow the branch portfolio, and deliver superb member experiences. The role focuses on uncovering member needs, providing tailored financial solutions, supervising daily operations, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will guide teams across branches, manage cash handling and vault duties, and drive member growth with collaborative leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in lending or member services at a credit union or financial institution.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Experience using online banking tools and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Uncovers members’ financial needs and offers appropriate recommendations.
• Provides member support and resolves complex issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Supervises and educates members on using electronic service channels.
• Handles chat, inbound phone and video requests related to accounts.
• Ensures compliance with federal and state regulations; stays up-to-date on fraud trends.
• Maintains member records and supports branch operations.
• Oversees two or more team members across markets; provides peer training.
• Performs supervisory duties including cash handling and vault maintenance.
