Qualifications

• Incumbent should possess five years of sales experience and at least three years of supervisory experience.
• Experience in a financial institution is preferred.
• A college degree is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the daily management of branch operations and associates to ensure sales, growth, and profit objectives.
• Ensure adherence to operational procedures and regulations related to account and lending functions.
• Lead hiring, terminations, performance reviews, coaching, and staff development.
• Drive member experience and support growth through outreach and community involvement.
• Promote digital banking solutions and guide staff adoption of new tools.
