Alliance Credit Union in the St. Louis area seeks a Branch Manager to lead daily branch operations and guide staff toward superior member service. This role requires strong leadership, solid knowledge of branch processes, and a commitment to a service-first culture.

The Branch Manager works with multiple departments to bring the Brand Promise to life, while ensuring trust, financial stability, and compliance across all branch activities. Travel within the Greater St Louis area may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Daily Branch Operations: Direct and supervise all branch functions and daily activities.
• Staff Leadership & Development: Coach, evaluate and train staff with HR coordination.
• Promote Products & Achieve Goals: Lead sales targets and support marketing initiatives.
• Member Service Excellence: Maintain Plus One service standards and handle escalations.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure branch reports and audits are accurate and timely.
• Security & Risk Management: Maintain a safe environment and oversee cash operations.
• ATM & Cash Transport: Participate in ATM issues and cash transport within limits.
• Operational Improvements: Implement changes to improve efficiency and service.
