The role requires strong leadership, operational oversight, and a customer-focused mindset to sustain growth and service excellence in a busy branch environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as banking manager or equivalent leadership role.
• Strong leadership and staff development skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of branch operations and regulatory compliance.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily branch operations including staffing and workflow.
• Lead staff development and coaching in coordination with HR.
• Promote products and achieve sales and productivity targets.
• Ensure exceptional member service and handle escalated complaints.
• Maintain compliance with branch policies and procedures.
• Manage security, cash handling, and ATM responsibilities.
• Budget monitoring and revenue optimization.
• Provide cross-branch support and special projects as needed.
