Job summary

Infuze CU in Missouri is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee daily branch operations, ensure quality member service, and supervise staff handling transactions, loans, and new accounts accurately.

You will enforce policies, monitor branch performance, and maintain regulatory compliance with National Credit Union Administration standards while developing a motivated, well-trained team delivering exceptional service and protecting member privacy.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of branch or related experience.
• Associates degree or business/trade certification.
• Must obtain CCUFC Designation and Certified Lending Expert within two years of hire.
• Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to member service.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a cross-selling environment within the branch.
• Ensure branch compliance with federal laws and regulations.
• Support a highly motivated, well-trained staff and evaluate staff performance.
• Monitor branch activity and assist staff with complex accounts/loans.
• Conduct loan interviews and oversee loan processing and mortgage license status.
• Manage branch security and safety procedures and coordinate with facilities.
• Schedule adequate staff to ensure efficient branch operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
