Job summary

Educational Systems FCU is seeking a proactive Member Experience Coordinator to deliver exceptional service, guide members on available Credit Union products, and cross-sell tailored solutions. You will help manage branch flow, support the Branch Manager, and preserve a welcoming, member-focused culture.

The role blends teller responsibilities with member services, requiring strong communication, confidence with confidential information, and the ability to work extended hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED). Associate degree preferred.
• Two (2) years customer service experience required.
• One (1) year previous financial services experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask and identify member needs. Must be able to meet and/or exceed sales goals.
• Excellent interpersonal skills required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with highly confidential information and perform routine mathematical calculations.
• Ability to function in a financial institution branch environment and utilize standard office equipment including PC, 10 key calculator, fax, copier, telephone, etc.
• Possess the ability to lift 25 pounds, sit and use a computer for prolonged periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Provide information on all Credit Union services and cross-sell products and services to meet members' needs.
• Drive efficiency by directing branch traffic and supporting the Branch Manager in maintaining a member-focused sales and service culture.
• Be the face of the Credit Union, fostering strong member relationships and ensuring positive, efficient service experiences.
