Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; related experience considered
• At least 3 years in customer service/call center
• Financial services experience preferred
• Fluent in English; bilingual a plus
• Strong communication and data entry skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Responsibilities

• Answer calls professionally using a consultative approach to uncover member needs
• Respond to member questions and resolve issues via multiple channels
• Assist with account maintenance transactions and forms
• Process forms and forward to appropriate departments
• Promote Online Banking and Mobile Banking services
• Cross-sell and up-sell Greenwood Credit Union products
• Support loan applications and servicing tasks
• Contribute to ongoing call center process improvements
