Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a financial institution.
• Knowledge of credit union products, services, policies, and cross-selling encouraged.
• Excellent listening, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills required.
• PC proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and internet usage.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service via live chat, telephone, and IBK; assist with inquiries.
• Serve as subject matter expert for credit card servicing inquiries.
• Process online banking and email service requests; monitor and respond.
• Support loan payments processing via third-party servicing platform.
