Job summary

Luter Family YMCA is hiring a Membership Experience Staff to deliver outstanding member experiences at the Welcome Center. You will greet members, process check-ins, provide tours, and support daily operations in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

The role requires CPR/First Aid certification within 60 days, strong communication, and professional appearance. Some fundraising involvement and community engagement are part of the position.

Qualifications

• Eligibility: minimum age 16 and ability to perform math for transactions.
• CPR/First Aid/AED/O2/CAP certification required within 60 days of hire.
• Excellent communication and professional appearance required.
• Background checks (criminal and Child Protective Services) required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in members, process new members in the system.
• Operate Welcome Center and answer multi-line phones.
• Conduct tours of the facility for current and prospective members.
• Maintain cleanliness and replenish supplies.
• Support fundraising and promote Annual Campaigns.
