The YMCA is seeking a friendly Member Services Representative to greet members and guests, handle inquiries, process memberships, and promote programs. You will maintain a welcoming front desk and ensure accurate data entry, cash handling, and smooth daily operations.

The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and aligned with the YMCA's mission to strengthen the community through healthy living and youth development. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred or willing to obtain.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service, sales, or a front desk role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with computer systems and ability to learn new software quickly.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain.

Responsabilités

• Greet and welcome members, program participants, and guests.
• Process new memberships, renewals, and registrations accurately.
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails with program information.
• Address member concerns with patience and professionalism.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Perform data entry and cash handling tasks.
• Promote YMCA programs, events, and services to the community.
• Monitor facility access to ensure safety and security.
