Job summary

YMCA is seeking a Member Service Representative to greet members and guests, promote memberships and programs, and provide excellent customer service at the Lakeland facility. The role includes facility tours, membership sales, and processing enrollments.

You will maintain a clean lobby and support reporting, HEPA standards, and team collaboration. Must be 18+, high school graduate, with CPR/First Aid/AED certifications within 30 days of employment; basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years and high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
• Ability to relate to diverse groups and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to members and guests.
• Meet and greet individuals entering the facility and promote memberships.
• Give tours and sell memberships based on interests.
• Handle enrollments, cancellations, and balance reports.
• Maintain a clean reception area and secure access with membership cards.
