Responsibilities

• Deliver superior member service with friendly, professional assistance.
• Handle all branch tasks: applications, account issues, cash handling at window/desk/ITM.
• Ensure member information is secure and protected.
• Cross-sell products using the 5 Step TMC process to uncover member needs.
• Efficiently address inquiries and concerns to completion.
• Maintain branch staffing flexibility and a professional image.
• Assist in ITMs, service window, or sales desk as needed.
• Prioritize quality and minimize errors.
