Taymax Group, a Planet Fitness franchisee, is hiring a Member Services Representative in Decatur, AL. You will greet members, process sign-ups, check-ins, and tours while delivering a friendly, professional experience to members and guests.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age or older.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Customer service background preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Punctuality and reliability.

• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Handle all front desk related activities including: answer phones and assist callers.
• Check members into the system and sign up new members calculating rates.
• Take prospective members on tours and assist in memberships.
• Assist the Club Manager in counting out the drawer as needed.
• Facilitate updates to member accounts and respond to questions promptly.
• Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
• Complete daily tasks within the first hour of shift and finish priority cleaning lists.
