Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Customer service background preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Punctuality and reliability are a must.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Positive, upbeat attitude and passion for fitness.
• Strong customer service skills; interact professionally with members and coworkers.
• Empathy and problem-solving abilities.
• Diplomacy in all interactions, using appropriate behavior and language.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests with exceptional service.
• Answer phones and assist callers with questions.
• Check members into the system and sign up new members, calculating rates and monthly payments.
• Take prospective members on tours and assist Club Manager with cash handling.
• Facilitate updates to member accounts and respond to inquiries.
• Maintain club cleanliness and assist with daily duties and priority cleaning list.
• Assist in other duties as needed based on club needs.
