Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Customer service background preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Punctuality and reliability are a must.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Positive, upbeat attitude and a passion for fitness and health.
• Exceptional customer service skills; interact professionally with members and co-workers.
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities; diplomacy in all interactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests with exceptional customer service.
• Handle front desk activities and answer phones.
• Check members in, give tours, and sign up new members with rate calculations.
• Assist the Club Manager with drawer counts and account updates.
• Respond to member questions professionally and escalate as needed.
• Maintain club cleanliness and assist with cleaning tasks as required.
• Support daily tasks within the first hour and complete priority lists.
