Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, delivering friendly, professional assistance
• Handle front desk duties including answering phones and member check‑ins
• Sign up new members and provide rate and payment information
• Tour prospective members and explain memberships
• Assist Club Manager with cash handling and drawer counts
• Maintain club cleanliness and attend to daily cleaning priorities
• Respond to member questions promptly and escalate issues when needed
• Support updates to member accounts and records
• Perform regular safety and cleanliness checks and report hazards
• Support special cleaning projects as required
