Planet Fitness - Fitton Clubs in the United States is seeking a Member Services Representative (MSR) for afternoons/evenings. The role is fully on-site and focuses on delivering outstanding member service, handling inquiries, and supporting transactions in a clean, welcoming environment.

The MSR acts as the first point of contact, assists with tours and sign-ups, and promotes current specials and upgrades while ensuring club policies are followed and the Judgement Free Zone® culture is upheld.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work onsite, this is not a remote position.
• Upbeat, professional and positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Reliable, punctual and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greet members and guests professionally and create a positive club experience.
• Sales & Membership Support: Provide information, assist with tours and sign-ups, promote membership options and upgrades.
• Front Desk Operations: Check members in, answer phones, process memberships/payments, follow opening/closing procedures.
• Cleanliness & Maintenance: Maintain club cleanliness and safety throughout the shift.
