UFC Gym in New Hyde Park, NY is seeking a Front Desk Representative to greet members, handle inquiries, process memberships and retail sales, and maintain a welcoming lobby. The role supports daily operations and guest experiences with a professional demeanor.

You will answer calls, manage POS transactions, assist with class sign-ups, and collaborate with the Front Desk Lead and Operations Manager to ensure smooth service and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be energetic with a friendly, outgoing personality.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including phone etiquette.
• Customer service focus and ability to follow instructions.
• Able to multi-task with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Team player with reliable clock-in/clock-out discipline.

Responsabilités

• Greet members and guests warmly as they enter and exit the club.
• Answer calls professionally and transfer to the appropriate department.
• Check in members, verify memberships, and sign up for classes.
• Sell supplements, apparel and other UFC Gym retail items.
• Process POS transactions and provide accurate change.
• Maintain a neat front desk and assist with opening/closing procedures.
• Escalate safety concerns to management as needed.
