Strategic Government Resources, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver exceptional member experiences at our Keller facility. You will greet visitors, assist with registrations and bookings, and promote fitness programs.

The role emphasizes friendly service, accurate data entry, and collaboration with the Manager on Duty. Candidates should be 18+, have basic computer skills, and be prepared for a front-desk environment.

Qualifications

• Some High School or working towards High School diploma.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• CPR/First Aid with AED certification required or obtainable upon employment offer.
• Basic computer and phone skills, ability to carry out detailed written or oral instructions, independent problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests and assist with registrations and bookings.
• Assist members with program registrations, facility bookings, and service desk tasks.
• Promote facilities, programs, services, and memberships to guests.
• Assist Manager on Duty with opening/closing and cash-handling duties.
• Maintain front desk, fitness floor, and entryway cleanliness.
• Provide tours for prospective members and answer questions about memberships.
• Assist with equipment check-out/check-in and other duties as assigned.
