Job summary

Talentify seeks a Customer Service Associate to greet members and guests, assist with registrations and bookings, and promote programs and memberships. You will support the Manager on Duty, ensure accurate transactions, and help maintain a welcoming facility environment.

Requirements include basic computer skills, ability to communicate clearly, and CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain. 18+ and pass pre-employment checks are required.

Qualifications

• Some High School or working towards High School diploma.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive and enthusiastic customer service to all members and guests by greeting members, guests, and attendees upon their arrival and departure.
• Assist members and guests with program registrations and facility bookings through service desk software.
• Actively promote and market all facilities, programs, services and memberships to members and guests.
• Assist the Manager on Duty with facility walk through, counting down drawers, opening and closing the building.
