Planet Fitness is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet members and guests, answer questions, and assist with tours and sign-ups. You will log amenities, relay billing updates, and maintain a welcoming environment in a fast-paced club setting.

The role emphasizes punctuality, reliability, and strong communication as you help create a clean, friendly, and judgment-free experience for all members and visitors.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Punctuality and reliability is a must.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift 45 pounds.
• Regular standing and walking during your shift.

Responsabilités

• Greet members and guests, providing exceptional customer service and making them feel welcome.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with questions.
• Check in members, provide tours, and sign up new members.
• Log amenities and communicate updates and billing issues to members and guests.
• Respond to questions in a timely and professional manner.
• Regularly clean the facility, bathrooms, equipment, and front desk area.
