GTE Financial is seeking a Member Experience Advocate I to handle inbound calls and virtual teller sessions while resolving member inquiries about accounts and balances. You will educate members on products to provide a one-point resolution and refer loan options that better meet needs.

This full-time role supports hybrid/remote work, requires a quiet home workspace, and emphasizes timely training completion and compliance knowledge within a community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Minimum 1-3 years' experience in customer service, banking, or call center.
• Ability to work full-time with remote/hybrid options and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound calls and virtual teller sessions.
• Resolve inquiries about checking, savings, transactions, and balances.
• Refer loan referrals based on member needs to increase engagement.
• Gather information, analyze facts, and educate members for one-point resolution.
• Support members and team with timely, prepared service and a positive attitude.
• Present information effectively in one-on-one and small group settings.
• Learn products via virtual banking and training resources.
