• Welcome members and visitors and deliver friendly service.

• Detect and report fraud or irregular activities as first line of defense.
• Build relationships by asking questions and recommending solutions.
• Respond to member inquiries about products/services and lending.
• Resolve issues promptly and promote self-service options.
• Cross-sell campaigns and events to support branch goals.
• Pursue ongoing coaching and training opportunities.
