Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1+ year in cash handling or service role; prefer experience as Member Service Specialist I or teller at Golden 1.
• Excellent oral and written communication; professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Process and audit financial transactions and balance cash drawer.
• Provide Golden 1 services (cashier"s checks, money orders, etc.).
• Assess members' needs and document opportunities in EnAct.
• Identify and report fraudulent activity per procedures to prevent losses.
• Maintain knowledge of Golden 1 products and branch policies.
