Job summary

Golden 1 Credit Union seeks a proactive Member Service Specialist to deliver the highest level of service to our members at the Vacaville branch. You will process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other transactions, balance daily cash, and maintain accurate records in accordance with procedures.

Engage with members to identify financial needs, present Golden 1 products, and refer complex requests to the appropriate department.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years in a banking or customer-relations role preferred.
• Notary Public certification may be required in some branches.

Responsibilities

• Process and audit deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and general ledger entries; balance cash drawer.
• Provide Golden 1 services including checks, money orders, wires, and card issuance.
• Identify member needs and document opportunities in EnAct.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with applicable laws and policies.
• Assist in ATM and Teller operations and lead branch tasks as needed.
