Qualifications

• Minimum two years in a banker or customer relationship role preferred, plus 1 year as MSS II or teller at Golden 1 or another institution.
• Maintains knowledge of Golden 1 products, policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Process and audit deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments and general ledger entries.
• Provide Golden 1 services such as cashier’s checks, money orders, wire transfers and debit card issuance.
• Identify member needs and document opportunities in EnAct; assist with loans and account services.
• Maintain cash drawer accuracy and balance daily; ensure confidentiality and compliance.
