The YMCA of San Diego County is seeking a Member Services Representative to build positive relationships with members, participants, volunteers, and staff, delivering excellent customer service and guiding members to programs aligned with their goals. This role requires active listening and a willingness to engage with members in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of sales and relationship-building experience preferred.
• Passion for member service and YMCA mission.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Promote membership and programs and serve as an advocate for the YMCA.
• Monitor facility access and ensure members check-in.
• Answer inbound calls courteously and route to appropriate departments.
• Conduct member interviews to connect to programs based on interests and goals.
• Process membership sales, upgrades/downgrades, and renewals.
• Process program enrollments and transfers.
