Job summary

You will coordinate programs, events, webinars, and committees, manage timelines and communications, and collaborate with volunteers and internal teams to ensure successful delivery and strong member relations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of program coordination or related field
• Strong organizational skills and deadline management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience coordinating virtual and/or in-person events
• Proficiency with CRM or AMS is a plus
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

• Serve as a central point of coordination for programs, initiatives, and member-facing activities
• Plan, schedule, and execute programs including events, webinars, committee meetings, and educational offerings
• Collaborate with internal teams and volunteer leaders to ensure successful program delivery and alignment with organizational goals
• Manage program timelines, materials, communications, and logistics from planning through completion
• Maintain strong relationships with members, sponsors, speakers, and external partners
• Track program participation, engagement, and feedback; prepare reports and recommend improvements
• Support marketing efforts by coordinating program-related content, email communications, and website updates
• Assist with budget tracking, vendor coordination, and invoice processing for programs and events
