Job summary

Working From_ Chicago (The Hoxton Fulton Market) is hiring a Membership Engagement Manager to join our on-site team five days a week. You will own member onboarding, engagement, retention, and programming, partnering with Brand and General Manager to deliver high-touch service that strengthens the community.

• 2 years’ experience in coworking, hospitality, events or a similar industry.

Responsibilities

• Engagement & Operations: Welcome new members, coordinate moves, handle inquiries, build relationships, monitor engagement, floor walks, daily checks, manage budgets and SOPs, host stand coverage.
• Communication: Manage member portal content, member updates, annual satisfaction survey.
• Programming: Build events calendar with Brand Team, execute programming, collaborate on newsletter, create signage.
