Goodera in Chicago is seeking a detail-driven Program Manager to support corporate volunteering initiatives, serving as the bridge between Logistics, Customer Success Managers, and Experience sub-teams to ensure flawless event execution. You will maintain accurate data systems, manage the central event tracker, and relay event details to ensure smooth planning and execution for enterprise clients.

• Up to 4 years of full-time work experience.

Responsabilités

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date shipping and event data in internal systems used by Program Managers and Customer Success Managers.
• Update and manage the central event tracker by working with sub-teams in the Experience team; ensure data completeness and accuracy (a key performance metric).
• Maintain client context information and relay event-related details to the Experience team for smooth planning and execution.
• Monitor internal systems to track shipping requirements and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely dispatch of event materials.
• Create clear and comprehensive event briefs (for outdoor, kiosk, or other formats) to enable hosts to deliver engaging events.
• Review and quality-check final event materials such as presentations and “Know Before You Go” (KBYG) documents to ensure excellence.
• Act as the liaison between Logistics, Customer Success Managers, and Experience teams—resolving last-mile issues related to shipments, collaterals, or other event requirements.
