Job summary

Ennismore is seeking a warm, proactive Membership Engagement Manager for Working From_ Fulton Market in Chicago. Based on-site five days a week, you’ll drive onboarding, engagement, retention, and community programming to ensure an exceptional member experience from day one.

You’ll own member operations, communications, and administration, monitor engagement, and proactively re-engage at-risk members, collaborating with Brand Team and General Manager to deliver vivid programming and high-touch

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in coworking, hospitality, events or a similar industry.
• Strong administration and processing skills with attention to detail.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using Microsoft Office and booking systems.
• Patient, warm, and capable of guiding people to 'aha' moments.
• Excellent communication, professionalism, and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Welcome new members and deliver a thorough induction.
• Coordinate all member move-ins, swaps, and move-outs.
• Handle member inquiries with timely, solution-focused follow-up.
• Build day-to-day relationships and deliver high-touch service.
• Monitor engagement and identify at-risk members for re-engagement.
• Conduct regular floor walks and ensure operational readiness.
• Manage the member Surprise & Delight budget and related processes.
• Maintain accurate membership records and SOP compliance.
• Provide host stand coverage as needed.
