Job summary

Hadar in Chicago is seeking a full-time Program Engagement Manager to grow engagement across Hadar’s programs and content, reporting to the Sr. Director of Programs and Engagement.

The role focuses on Chicago-area initiatives, including Community Groups, Project Zug, and Chicago-focused content. The ideal candidate will build partnerships with local institutions, plan Chicago programs, and collaborate with the Teen, Campus, Regional, and Communications teams to broaden outreach and measure

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating across programs and partners.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Familiarity with recruitment channels including email and social media.

Responsibilities

• Expand Hadar’s audience in the Chicago area through Hadar programs and content.
• Plan and execute Chicago area programs.
• Develop and maintain institutional partnerships in Chicago.
• Expand marketing reach through digital platforms and newsletters.
• Manage Chicago participant recruitment data with the data team.
• Collaborate with Pedagogy of Partnership to engage Midwest participants.
• Represent Hadar at local and national conferences or programs.
