Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 3–5+ years of commercial property and casualty insurance, insurance agency account management, carrier service, underwriting support, insurance operations, or related account service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, recurring workflows, and service activities with accuracy and follow-through.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintain accurate policy, account, and program information.
• Professional communication skills with Members, brokers, carriers, wholesalers, and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to learn and apply insurance concepts, systems, workflows, and Member service requirements.
• Strong problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and consistent follow-through on open items and service commitments.
• Ability to work in a team-based service model while also contributing independently.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key day-to-day contact for assigned ACIG Members and their brokers, respond to inquiries, and coordinate with internal teams for technical input.
• Coordinate the administration of ACIG's core insurance programs throughout the policy lifecycle, including renewals and endorsement processing.
• Support CCIP enrollment, renewal, website administration, and recurring workers' compensation policy renewals.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support Member needs and ensure service activities move forward efficiently.
• Maintain policy administration records, named insured information, CCIP tracking data, and other Member-related data.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, documentation, communication, and recurring service activities; contribute to a high-performing team.
• Deliver timely, professional, and accurate service while maintaining a strong standard of Member service.
