Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks an Account Manager - Commercial Lines to manage an assigned book, retain clients, and support new business. You will coordinate daily administrative and service activities, resolve complex issues, and ensure accuracy across policy administration, billing, and renewals.

The ideal candidate has P&C licensing, 3–5 years in account management, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office; a CIC designation is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license is required.
• 3–5 years of account management experience or 5+ years in insurance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of commercial lines, ensure retention and support new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day account management activities and service requests.
• Handle policy administration, billing, claims and renewal processes.
• Monitor expirations, renewals, and client submissions; present proposals.
