The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in account management or 5+ years in insurance, with an active P&C license; CIC or equivalent is preferred. Hybrid work is offered with remote options for Eastern/Central Time Zones.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in account management or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Active property & casualty licensing; CIC or equivalent preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring retention and supporting new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities.
• Resolve complex issues with accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor policy expirations and renewals, and handle billing and claims.
• Prepare submissions, negotiate coverages, and present proposals.
• Maintain agency systems and data accuracy.
• Communicate workload status and issues to the account team.
