Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Membership Concierge I to deliver the highest quality customer service to members and guests. As the first point of contact, you will help ensure every visit feels welcomed and valued while supporting healthy lifestyle goals.

This hourly role offers a friendly, fast-paced environment with opportunities to learn club programming, events, and policies. You will assist with transactions, keep information up to date, and build value-based relationships that drive member

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months service/reception experience.
• Complete Concierge Certification upon hire.
• Must work a minimum of 15 hours per week.
• Commitment to serve others.
• Effective communication skills.
• Passion for living a healthy way of life.
• Ability to multi-task and deliver high quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have good verbal communication.
• Must be able to stand for 4 hours at a time.

Responsibilities

• Operates as first point of contact for members and guests.
• Receives and facilitates incoming phone calls from members and guests.
• Maintains updated knowledge to appropriately educate all members and guests of club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Exemplifies a hospitality mindset to build relationships with members and guests, regularly creating extraordinary experiences.
• Assists members with transactions and general account changes.
