Job summary

Flexcar in Nashville is seeking a Member Concierge to deliver exceptional customer service across phone, chat, and in-person channels, including preparing and delivering vehicles. You will troubleshoot issues, maintain high-quality standards, and collaborate with multiple teams to ensure a seamless member experience.

The role requires 1–2 years of customer service experience, strong communication, problem-solving, and tech-savviness.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in a customer service role
• 21 years or older with valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Proficient in computer skills and quick to learn new software systems
• Comfort with evenings, weekends and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

• Deliver Outstanding Service to members throughout their Flexcar journey
• Resolve issues and troubleshoot order/vehicle-related concerns
• Maintain vehicle quality standards via pre-delivery cleaning and prep
• Utilize company systems to manage interactions and track progress
• Become a product expert on Flexcar services and features
• Greet members upon arrival or delivery and provide information on offerings
• Collaborate with customer care, security, and other departments
• Drive process improvements to enhance customer service
• Be versatile and take on additional responsibilities as assigned
